The TOGETHER Project is a four-year initiative funded by Global Affairs Canada and implemented by STF in partnership with MildMay Institute of Health Sciences and ADRA Uganda. The project operates in Kitgum, Pader, Lamwo, and Agago districts, focusing on improving access to SRHR services and advancing gender equality.
Through community engagement, school-based programmes, and media platforms—including radio dramas and talk shows—the project empowers adolescents and communities to advocate for better health services and gender-responsive policies. It also strengthens the capacity of teachers and health workers to deliver inclusive and youth-friendly services.
By creating safe spaces, strengthening peer networks, and addressing harmful gender norms, the project has reached thousands of young people and community members, driving positive behaviour change and improving health outcomes.
